AFTER-SALES SERVICE
In the concept of KINGSKY, After-sales is one of the most important links in our sales. For us, it’s actually the beginning but not the ending.
KINGSKY promise:
1. Generally all products have one-year warranty since the date of shipment.The main mechanical parts, pneumatic parts, hydraulic parts and electric parts are guaranteed for twelve months free mentainance. Other wearing parts, such as cuuter, air spring, spray gun, belt, etc., are guaranteed for three months free. PLC system could be checked , tested and adjusted through remote diagnosis.
If you have any special requirement,pls feel free to let us know.
The followed duties will not to be taken into warranty conditions: human errors, accidents, improper operations, we will be responsed for repair under the out- of -warranty period terms.
2. If on-site service is requested(or necessary), includ installing, adjusting the machines and training, customers pay for the technician’s expenses, including labour cost,air tickets and accomodation costs.
