KS-X621-6 cutter with cutter moving type Alu-profile End Milling Machine
The machine is designed and developed by adopting mature German structural design. It is mainly used for the milling of mortises and surfaces of aluminum alloy door and window material and curtain wall material. Carbide milling tool can be used to mill precise mortises once on the surface of sectional material.
1. Unique high-precision guide-way and multi-point support of specialized guide-way with good rigidity can ensure the precision and stability of machine tool.
2. Pneumatic feed is adopted by the machine tool, the operation is stable with step-less regulating.
3. It equips with four horizontal blades on 3 motors, cutting blades and rotary milling blades are assembled on different spindles, it can end mill different profile and different requirements by adjusting the spindles of motors.
4. There are specialized handles or hand wheels on four milling tools and vertical cutting-off tools to adjust fore and after or up and down. And there is digital monitor with convenient and direct adjustment. The precision of milling mortises is not more than 0.15 mm.
5. The workbench can be placed 8 to 12 profiles once with high production efficiency.
